How Can I Start Strength Training?

Enroll in our online fit zone fitness programs to learn fundamental exercises with proper form using body weight, bands, or light weights.

The workout length depends on the number of exercises and sets. A full-body routine should incorporate 8-10 exercises targeting major muscle groups. 

Do I Need Use Weights or Machines When Training?

While weights and other related equipment are practical tools for strength training, they are not strictly necessary, especially for beginners. You can use anything that provides resistance, such as your body weight.
